Just thought I would like to send you a note concerning the new Peerless heater you recently installed in my home.

I had done some research and had several estimates before I chose CarrFord heating to do the job.

There were several reasons that we chose you. Probably the most important was your reputation for craftsmanship. You came highly recommended by others. The product installed was a complicated one to say the least but you proved your ability. Some companies I contacted did not want to tackle the installation of that unit.

Your work ethic is notable. You started the job and worked steady till the job was done and the unit is working perfectly. You put in long days and stayed until 10pm on at least one night. Your workers were gentlemen and professional. You laid drop cloths all over the house to prevent damage and when you were finished there was not a trace that you were ever here. You will be highly recommended to all.

We are very happy with the installation but especially satisfied that we had chosen you.

We recently had work done by CarrFord Heating and Air conditioning. I'm not one to typically write letters of commendation, especially since it seems like 'finding someone who knows what their doing, and cares about it' are hard to find. Well, here I am writing that letter. Admittedly, I am fussy and particular. I like things done the right way – professional, neat, and accurate. We got that with CarrFord Heating and Air conditioning.

I called CarrFord on a Wednesday because our 40 year old, didn't-owe-us-a-penny, air conditioner met it's demise, probably during the 102 and 103 degree days we had in July. Bob came out the same day we called to take a look. He checked everything thoroughly, inside and out. As I suspected, the verdict was in, and 'it was time'. Our system had finally given up the ghost, and he suggested a new outside air conditioning unit, coil and furnace. He gave us a reasonable, competitive quote, and even matched up components to give us the best energy rating - qualifying us not only for a Federal tax credit, but a cash back rebate on the equipment. Wonderful!

Asking when the soonest they could start, he said on Friday. Wow! That soon? We agreed, and the plan was in motion. The lead installer for the job, was not only knowledgeable, but extremely neat and meticulous, laying drop cloths everywhere, routing wires, cutting, patching, vacuuming and everything else, with purpose and precision. He kept all areas clean and damage free. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of the installation.

While the actual installation went great, there was something not 100% right with the functioning of the system. Bob Ford stuck with the situation for almost a week until he found the problem (an unpublished product defect on one of the components) and fixed it. Now that's what I call service.

Was it expensive? Yes. But just like anything else, you get what you pay for. We wanted the best products; we got them. And we wanted the best to handle the installation. We got that too, and more. Bob Ford is a man who believes in his business, stands behind his work and his products, and provides outstanding workmanship with a caring as if it were his own. In today's business climate, that is a rare commodity. I would easily recommend CarrFord to any of my friends or family – but only if they want the best.

When a mechanical problem arose with our air conditioner on the hottest day of the summer, which happened to be a Sunday, Bob Ford, one of the owners, personally fixed the problem. The bad part was still under warranty so we were not charged for it. They also provide regular service to our heater and air conditioner and have installed a whole house humidifier and air-cleaning unit making our environment more comfortable for daily living spring through winter.

I recommend CarrFord to anyone interested in receiving thorough, prompt and complete service to his or her home heating or air conditioning system.
